Is it Completely Free of Charge?
The Architect Consultation is offered at NO COST TO YOU. There’s no obligation to continue or instruct us, it provides an opportunity for you to find out how we work and what we would recommend for your project.

Our professional fees are tailored to your project and will be discussed with you during our consultation. Sometimes we apply fixed fees and sometimes it is a percentage of the overall construction cost.  All stages are charged individually, rather than one lump sum.

We create custom, one-of-a-kind designs that are delivered on time and need minimal revisions. We take the time to provide a unique design for you, which means we charge the appropriate fees for that work.

Our clients ask us for an exceptional service and product, and we have made some life-long friends from working together.

Whether you are designing and building your own self-build home, renovating your existing home or extending, we can talk through the options available to make the most of your investment.

In order to get the most out of your consultation, it is always useful to do some preparation in advance. When you book a call with us we will ask you several questions to help us to be more effective for you.

You consultation will always be with an AIA Registered Architect. This is so that we can really understand your project and provide you with valuable information to kickstart your project.

In our conversation with you, we will examine the planning considerations applicable to your development to assess the likelihood of securing planning permission for your project. We will then investigate opportunities and constraints, evaluate development potential and formulate an initial strategy to help you make the most of your investment.
